My DD is 27 months and still only had a handful of teeth. Very random order, she has the middle ones and the back ones but very few in between, they are also very small and extremely slow in growing even when they break through.
Went to the dentist last week and he said it was quite unusual at her age to have so few but didn't seem worried. Not really sure why it's happening or what I can do? Anything? Is it genetic?
Did anybody else's child still have so few at this age?
