My baby cries so much that I’m starting to lose my mind

My baby is 3 months (15 weeks) and cries most of her waking time. She is on reflux medication and I have just started dairy free three days ago. I have limited support and three children. EBF and does not take a bottle

Is there anything I’m missing? Anything I can do? I feel at the end of my tether today

What reflux medication? Are the cries still pained reflux screams, arching back, etc., or do they seem different from her reflux cries? Is she any better upright?

I used to watch TV with the subtitles whilst holding my reflux baby, to help distract me through the hours of crying, but that was mostly at night, not so useful during the day with older siblings about.

My first was like that, I still don't know what convinced me to have another afterwards.
