10 month old- not moving legs to walk?

this sounds a bit odd, he is my 2nd born (ds is 10) and ive always felt something was off with his development/cognitive skills. But, he doesnt 'try' and walk. You know how a baby will almost instinctively move their feet back and fourth when an adult supports them to do so? he cant/doesnt/wont do it. He can weight bare although doesnt do so for long periods, and he loves jumping. Is this normal? Im sure my other son used to walk with me long before he ever even tried to walk? Its like he doesnt know how to move his legs/feet or that it equates to walking? thank you!

Hi, I have a 10.5 month old little boy. He crawls very well since 7 months and has been pulling himself to stand since then too. He cruises around the furniture since 9 months but has absolutely no desire to hold our hands and walk.

Every time I try he just collapses to the floor and starts crawling, I think it’s personality types honestly. They don’t want help, they want to do it alone 😂 I’m sure some time in the next few months he’ll just walk across the room. That’s what I’m expecting from mine although if you seen him now you would think he hates walking. I really wouldn’t worry, he’s still so young xx
