Worried about my daughter having accidents

My daughter is nearly 4 and will be starting school in September. She is healthy and has on track development. However she is still having accidents quite regularly and it seems to come in phases. She was doing quite well but we have just had a weekend of lots of accidents. A lot of them were when she was close to a toilet or potty at home. I am frustrated but also starting to get worried about when she starts school. Does anyone have any advice or tips. Thanks

What's the context for the accidents? Are they 'didn't want to stop playing, so left it too late and didn't quite make it' or 'apparently had no idea she needed a wee'? A dribble or a full-on accident?

How does she feel about them, is she upset, uncomfortable, unbothered? Does she tell you she's had an accident?

@skkyelark usually big puddles when they happen. She isn't upset but will often say sorry. Usually she says she just forgot, although sometimes it's when she is near a potty or the toilet. She also sometimes still asks to wear a nappy (often at the end of the day possibly when she is tired). Her younger sibling wears nappies so we still have a them, and she also still wears them at night. It seems to come in waves so a while of minimal accidents and then a few days of lots. I don't get cross with her but have tried to talk to her about what is going on and really praise when she does well.
