My 14 m/o daughter will only settle is she is touching skin which is generally not an issue however she will lie next to me and scratch me for hours in the night. It hurts and it is really quite grating. I understand that she’s doing it for comfort but could anyone recommend a toy maybe that feels skin like so she can scratch that instead?
