I have. 4yo son and he has been seen by the cdc, he has a language delay, a learning delay and possible adhd, which we were told to keep an eye on til he’s 6 then go back if he’s the same or worse.

he started doing this thing where he stretches out the sound of it words, for example,he will say “wheres my hot wheeeeeeeels?” Or “mummy I’m hungryyyyyyyy”

It’s very noticeable and tbh it’s driving me mad. It’s not every now and again it’s every sentence. I did ask at the cdc about autism and they while he may have some traits they don’t think he is.

any help would be appreciated!

Hi @CadyEastman it’s the child development centre, where they diagnose autism etc.
