14 month old extremely fussy need suggestions please

I have a 14 month old little girl who usually is the most happy, easiest chilled baby. Until 3 weeks ago she became constipated and I treated her as I have with my other two children, plenty of fluid, prune/pear juice and laxatives first when nothing work so resulted in using a suppository as she was in pain. I though that had fixed the problem but ever since she hasn't been herself.

She is refusing to eat literally anything, will just cry and work herself up in the high chair until I get her out. Crys and fusses pretty much most the day unless you a literally holding her or sitting with her, takes alot longer to settle for sleeps and has restless nights with more frequent night wakings.
A few really bad days of non stop crying I thought she must be teething as that's why she doesn't want to eat but Medicine doesn't help. Also hasn't had regular dirty nappies on and off constipation still, and goes for days without one.

Getting very concerned as I haven't experienced behaviour like this with my other children. Am waiting to see a Dr in a week and a half as that's the soonest they have,
Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated x

That's a long time to wait for a GP appointment, I'd be tempted to call 111 today.

How many naps is she having? Could be that she got ill at the same time as needing to transition to one nap and it's hard to tell one issue from the other as a result. Might be a stupid suggestion but i thought i would chuck it out there.
