2 year old symptoms of adhd/autism

hello i have a 2 year old son and his behaviour has become really bad at home he throws toys at his older sister he pinches and punches for no reason, he headbuts walls doors and floors when hes upset. he also gets his willy out when he gets told no and walks around with it out and wees, he is non verbal at the moment he can say a few words like mum dad yes. could i have some advice if this is just a normal 2 year old behaviour or does it sound like adhd/autism

Well she does stay he's non-verbal?

It's impossible to have any idea from what you've said but I wouldn't definitely speak to an HV about it and see what they think.

I know but some children have a speech delay without being autistic. Autism is a much bigger picture. Some children can communicate perfectly well without speech at 2.

Sorry it's confusing as the OP has started more than one thread. I agree with you but have suggested that the OP does a Talking Point progress checker and maybe speaks to her HV about doing an Ages & Stages Assessment. If LO flies through both of those then there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
