Got a 1 year old. All the classic signs of autism. Fussy eater, hates texture, only says dada but no meaning to it. Doesn't crawl, doesn't stand, doesn't copy me, hardly looks at me, doesn't like to be held or hugged, doesn't seek me out, doesn't wave, clap or point or show me toys or want to play, flaps, rocks, blinks, the list is endless ... I have already had my concerns validated by paediatrician and awaiting to see physio therapist and dietitian. My question is what age did you know with your baby? Not what age was they diagnosed, what age in your heart of hearts did you know? And how hard is it? What are the signs of non verbal? My main worry is if she is non verbal.
