Baby suddenly boss eyed?

My dd has an appointment next with a physio due to her head being flat at the back. This was noticed when she was around 4 months old, she's now 7 months.

The last week she seems to have suddenly become boss eyed, or possibly have a lazy left eye. People say they don't notice it until I say something, but I think it's really noticeable. Has anyone experienced thos before? Could the two possible concerns be linked? All 3 photos have been taken this week. Thanks in advance x

It can be quite difficult to tell in little ones, but it does look as though it needs investigating. Her pupils are slightly different sizes too.

She needs referring to the orthoptist department at your local hospital, by your GP, sometimes health visitors can refer too.
She's too little to be seen by a standard high street optometrist.
