Hi all,

Just after some advice. I have boy girl twins who are 4 years old.
Both typical in the sense of tantrums, girl is usually over emotional and boy is more chilled but abit more angry when he does have a tantrum, but they usually arent as often. However over the last 2 weeks he has become extremely naughty. Sometimes it's when he cant get his own way, sometimes its just out the blue but he becomes extremely angry and aggressive. Growling and me and lunging to attack me. He bites, punches, kicks, slaps, pinches, scratches, anything that will hurt. All whilst screaming and growling like an animal. He hits his sister too. He will destroy plants, throw things, break anything in his site he threw the dogs water bowl across the kitchen (He hasnt ever hurt the dogs though funnily enough). I just dont know what to do. I've gave him consequences, hes lost out on activities he enjoys, days out, I've taken toys away from him, tried time outs, stopped him from doing stuff he enjoys. Today we havent left the house due to his behaviour, why his sister has gone on the planned day out with family. Nothing seems to bother him. He snaps out of it an acts like nothing has happened. I try an talk to him after it to find out what's going on but he just says he doesnt know. Hes never been like this, hes usually so sweet and kind. He has the usual tantrums a 4 year old would have dont get me wrong, but hes become very extreme all of a sudden an I've no idea why or what to do..I feel like such a bad mum that I'm struggling to cope with the behaviour. I just dont know what to do for the best. I know its completely out of character for him and I'm worried
