Baby screaming & waking mid sleep... then falls back to sleep?!

Baby is 2.5 weeks old & will be sleeping, then start grimacing, then starts screaming/crying. Quite often will then just go straight back to sleep practically mid scream.. is this usual?!

Yeah pretty much, just be glad they go back to sleep. My DS would never give up the opportunity for a feed!

Very normal.

My DS went through a phase of doing this a lot.

I don’t think he actually woke up, just had a quick cry/moan whilst sleeping.
