We had friends to stay for a week and one child is completely addicted to their iPad/phone/ anything that plays a game or has YouTube.
It got me wondering what sort of adult does a childhood of gaming and YouTube make?
They're bright so of course they'll work in tech, that's obvious but what about being a functioning and able adult? And the skills needed to get the job in the first place? And running a home and supporting a family?
When I say addicted, I mean would spend ALL day on it if allowed, and dragging feet when asked to do anything else.
