Is is normal for my baby to be so big?

My baby is 11 months old and usually wears 18-24month old clothes. Except for a bunch of dresses her aunts got her from Italy which say they're 18-n24 months on the label but my badby can't get into.

At her 10 month review she was much bigger than all the babies.

And at a family event recently she was as talk as the 2 year old and a much more robust build.

Anyone else have large babies? Is this normal?

We did BLW from 6 months old, and she eats 3 meals a day since around 7 or 8 months old. We give her fruit and veg at each meal and try to give her an iron source at each meal. She's currently on around 500ml milk spread over 3 milk feeds a day.

When you say big, do you mean her height or her width/weight, or both? Where is she in terms of centiles?

How much food does she eat and how mobile is she?

When people talk about a 'robust build', that sometimes is an attempt to tactfully indicate a concern about weight. Did she look and feel heavier than the other children?

It could be worth speaking with a health visitor if you're worried. Also maybe have a think about the foods she's eating - is she eating a healthy amount of healthy foods? Too much of a healthy food can still be problematic, so try to keep an eye on portion sizes.
