I have a 7m old who has really taken to weaning which is great, the only issue we have is it’s near enough impossible for anyone to start eating or drinking around him without him whining/crying.
When it’s meal time it is fine we always try and get him involved, but if we are out and about and he sees someone eating or drinking anything he signals he wants to have what they are having, which of course is not possible.
I try and distract him but it happens pretty much any time he sees someone else with food or drink, is there anything I can do about this? not sure if this is normal behaviour.
