8mo baby no babbling since 3/4 months

Hi!

so I found an old video of my baby babbling away when we went on holiday - I think he was just under 4 months old. I can’t remember when this ended but he never does it anymore. On the video he was saying ma ba da and just sort of making various sounds over and over.

he Is 8.5 months now and he blows a LOT of raspberries, and when he’s grumpy he makes mmmm sounds or mammm sounds. He squeals and laughs and everything but no mamama bababa and im really worried 😭

I’ve reached out to HV but just wanted to see if any other mums had similar situations and it was ok??

sorry for the delay - yes he started babbling away as soon as he turned 10 months - he got gradually more and more vocal and then one day just started going for it!!
