3 year old urinating in the floor since dibbling arrived

At my wits end so any help very welcome!

My daughter turned 3 in November. She’s been potty trained since June and had only had maybe 4-5 accidents since.

Second daughter arrived in November and everything was fine to start with but in the last few weeks my eldest has started wee on the floor. It’s definitely on purpose and an attention seeking thing. She doesn’t do it anywhere else, or if anyone is in the house except me and my husband. We’ve followed all the advice and ignored it when she does it except for changing her clothes and cleaning the mess. Also giving her massive praise when she does use the toilet and using a sticker chart. Some days are better than others but today she’s done it 3 times. 2 of which were while we were playing with her so wasn’t because she wasn’t getting attention at that moment.

Health visitor assured us that this is totally normal, especially for girls, and keep doing what we’re doing but I wondered if anyone has experience of this and has advice or could let me know how long it lasted for. Thanks.
