5 month with wind all of a sudden

just looking for any advice here. I’m at my wits end and don’t know what to do

dd is just over 5 months
from 2 months developed eczema/dermatitis on both sides of her face. This cleared with creams but then has since developed it all over her body.
took her to GP who asked typical milk allergy questions but she doesn’t fit the criteria. She’s a very happy baby. Always had a runny nappy , but no reflux or anything like that. Health visitor said it doesn’t sound like an allergy either

last night after 2.5 hours sleep she woke up and screamed a very painful scream for at least 40 mins. Nothing helped. She eventually burped and seemed settled. Same again at 5am. Burped and 2 pumps. She has trapped wind again. Why would this be ? Surly we are past all this.

do we think she had a milk allergy ?

any advice or help would be so much appreciated. I wouldn’t say my dr surgery are that great and I don’t have much faith in them.

I've got a milk allergy too, CMPA and it sounds very much like it to me.

I don't know what more evidence they need really if she's gassy, in pain and has eczema but have a look at this from Allergy UK to see what you think.

Once I'd given up dairy the eczema and pain just stopped.

it was only last night and today she seems to be very gassy. She’s never been like that for a long time.
