Hi all,
New to mumsnet and looking for some advise.

Our 18 month old who gets cared for a few times a week by parents cries at her special needs family members.

She is a very sociable toddler and I think thays where the issue is. Although they can't talk fully to her they do what little they can in way of hello but mostly go about their day when she is their.

It's adding a lot of pressure to her care by parents as she on occassion has cried long and hard enough to make herself sick.

I know it's likely a stage and she will grow out of it but I'm hoping someone has some ideas to help?

So far I have tried sitting in the room with her when I'm there, trying to get her and them to interact with her but their unpredictability feeds her in way if them speaking loudly or playing with a toy loudly.

It's frustrating for me who wants them to all get along but mainly she is difficult to be cared by parents when crying uncontrollably.

Thanks for any advice in advance.
