6 week old baby pooping blood?

My baby was on heavy duty antibiotics for an infection she got at 2/3 weeks old. The course lasted seventeen days and has since gone.
However she now poops with every single feed (strains to do this) and passes streaky, mucousy blood.
The doctors checked her stools for infection twice which have come back clear. The doctor then prescribed lactulose but this didn't work either.
Now, my daughter is on a prescribed milk as docs think she might have an intolerance to cows milk.
However, she is still bleeding from her rectum and hates her new milk to the point that she doesn't want to feed or drinks very little.
I was wondering if anybody had been in a similar position or share some advice?
Docs seem to just trial and error and it's so difficult to see my baby like this.
Thanks in advance.

No real experience on the bleeding but you can try adding vanilla essence or Nesquik to the new milk to make it more palatable.
