Baby scared of bath after a fall

My 13 month old DD used to live bathtime. We have a wooden frame we put her Bath on so I don't have to bend too much. The other day she was trying to stand and the whole thing fell into the main bath and she was understandably terrified. The following day she was scared but I cuddled her and she seemed ok but since then she's been screaming when I try to bathe her. Any advice for getting her used to bath time/reassuring her? I don't want her to become hydrophobic

Can you just remove the wooden frame in front of us, making a big show of throwing it in the bin, and then with a big smile say that bath will now be fine?
Just use the main bath with a bath mat at the bottom

I might have to but I'm not sure if she's scared of that or the bath

I would remove the frame so she’s not scared of it tipping over from a height. You can use the main bath with a mat, or even a seat in there
