Is it worth getting a smart trike style thing for a nearly 3 yo? (Pram alternatives)

Hi! Wondering if anyone has a foldable smart trike or the micro trike xl for a 3 year old?

My DD is nearly 3. She is amazing at walking sometimes but is also very willful and will all of a sudden decide she will not walk anymore. We do not drive so get most places by foot/bus and sometimes I am travelling alone with her so I tend to use the pram for ease but recognise this is part of the reason why she is at times reluctant to walk since the pram is easier. Although handy for carrying stuff I'd like to ditch the pram.

I have tried using a scooter for her but I end up carrying her and the scooter and she hasn't been able to get the hang of it.

I was looking at the micro trike xl as an interim between the pram and no pram. She has to actively balance and be alert, but can also rest. It's also incredibly light.

I just don't know if it's a waste for a 3yo? We are just limited by how far we can travel without a pram but I hate to use the pram as I feel like she gorms out in it and is a bit "old" for it.

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks! :)
