Should I be worried about a toddler who everyone says is so serious?

Hi everyone.

just looking for some input really. People keep commenting on how serious my 18mo son is. He’s great at home but when he sees people, even his grandparents for the first half hour, he’s so serious. I always pictured a baby/child in a buggy with big smiles but he just doesn’t.

should I be worried?

Hi, my DS is v similar (20 months)… it can take him ages to ‘warm up’ with people, even people he knows well. I’m not worried… it’s just part of his personality. In fact, I quite like the fact he takes his time to weigh up people / situations
