16 month old is a very fussy eater

My little boy is a very fussy eater.
Won't eat veg, bread, toast, fruit, cheese, chips or anything that he really has to chew. Loves all the snacky things like veggie straws puffs and biscuits and will feed himself then.

At tea time we all eat together and encourage him to eat the things we eat but he picks it up and throws it.

Anything spoon fed to him 12 month - toddler food & homemade food that is blended but still lumpy. He will eat & loves yoghurts and custard. Hopefully it's a phase but he has been terrible with it since we started weaning.

Any tips on how to move past this phase would be appreciated.
