Allowing children to watch horror movies?

A friend of mine is allowing their 3 year old to watch horror films that are marked as 15, 18 - such as exorcist, freddie kreuger, jason friday 13th. They seem to think is hilarious & will then post them watching it on instagram for all of us to see. Funnily enough barely anyone gives them "likes" on they posts. I am wondering if severe separation anxiety, claiming to be too scared at bed time and behaviour are all spurred on by this?
I now cant tolerate the kid at my house as they are so destructive and theres zero discipline.

Am I just a strict judgemental old boot here?or do other mums allow this with kids so young and is it right/wrong? I can't imagine their little minds know that it's all fake, makeup, acting etc. It's something I wouldn't allow my own to do until older.

Id phone the NSPCC and ask their advice.

That is quite clearly abusive behaviour or neglectful at best. Phone the NSPCC or SS please OP. Those children will have severe anxiety problems as adults. The adults around them are clearly not protecting them from harm
