Hi everyone, I wanted to share about this free support for any parents or carers in Waltham Forest.
HENRY Buddies- A friendly HENRY Buddy will keep in touch regularly by telephone to help you through difficult times or if you just need a listening ear.
Buddies can support you over a few days or several weeks, as and when you need it. They are super flexible, they listen and provide support, as well as offer practical ideas. This support is available for parents and carers with at least one child aged 0-5
