12 week old doesn't respond to sounds out of sight.

Hi all,
My 12 week old is on track for many of his milstones, but as the title suggests, doesn't turn his head or line of vision towards sounds.
If he is looking at you he will smile and coo but will not turn his head towards you when you call him or shake a toy.
Did anybody else experience this and did it resolve? I am worried it is an early sign of autism.

I was told this was a 4-6 month milestone so far too soon to worry yet! 🙂
