almost 9 mo boy seems vary sociable, good eye contact, smile at everyone, dont be play alone, loves cuddling , put hands up to picked up , crawl back to me, everyhing seems fine but m worried since he was 4 months about his speech. as he do not make any ssound all the day. only ahhh sound but in very particular situation, he babble mamaama , babbaa but very few lyk only 2 times per day . he just seems with no sound. play quietly. very few ohh ahh. other babies of his age babble a lot nd make different types sound. but he rarely make any sound.
he copy me in many ways lyk if i drink or eat something he also demand for it from very early age, if i ask him where is taddy he started to wonder for taddy and smile on it if he find taddy. he understand word have it, or come. he does not point , wave yet. but sometime make tongue clicking sound as he copy me.
my conceren is why he is just so quiet, make rarely any sound througout the day. is he fine or anything worng with him.
if i keep aside his spoech then he seems fine to me. but only his quiet nature makes me worry. is it a sign of autism or another?
