Hello, wondering if anyone had any experience of this or has any tips?
I hate to admit it but our toddler is a fussy eater. There's absolutely no concerns about his eating from nursery. It seems to be an at home thing. We try offer what we're eating but he's not interested. He zones in on his favourites for a time period. Right now that's grapes and melon. I'd say 75% of the time he chews on said fruit, as if getting the juice from it and then spits out the pulp/skin.
He'll eat veggies and a few meats and doesn't spit these out. Some of them having an even harder texture so I don't think it's a thing about skins or something like that.
Most times when we put out a meal that say has a meat and two veggies, he'll zone in on just one of those things, and won't touch the rest.
It's driving me around the bend and he gets constipated which is no wonder considering how he is eating.
Tried a few different approaches and nothing seems to work. It'll seem to get better for a week and then regress for weeks.
