My 8 week old has had green poo on and off for about a week now. He is exclusively breastfed. I've also noticed a slight sour smell to the green nappies. Anyone else experienced this?
To add, if he is not feeding he is generally quite fussy and/or crying. He also needs burping after every feed otherwise he is very unsettled and he tends to spit up a lot after every feed.
I'm just wondering if all this normal behaviour and nothing for concern or whether it is he may have reflux or cmpa? Anyone experienced the same and can shed any light?
