Which rewards and consequences do you use for your 6 year old boys?

I have two boys close in age and they are generally good but naturally pushing the boundaries at the moment. I try to praise good behaviour as often as I can. I count to 3 which works most of the time but am trying to focus on incentives rather than negative language all the time. Having to repeat things a lot.

What happens when you count to 3, What will be the consequence of getting to 4?
Try to have Natural consequences linked to the issue at hand ( ie if you’re messing getting dressed we will be late so there’ll be no time to do ABC etc and pick your battles. We are going through a tricky stage at same age and I I just want to scream just do what I say!!! But u try not to... so hard tho!!
