Are my sons feet too small for his age?

Hi all,
What's the average shoe size of your 11/12 yr olds I'm concerned my sons feet seem to have stopped growing he's almost 12 and wears a size 2. Has anyone else seen this in their 11/12yr old and then seen them suddenly have a growth spurt or should I be concerned? His twin brother wears a size 4.

How tall is he @sparklymumSW4 and has he hit puberty yet?

@PanicBuyingSprouts last time we checked he was around 4ft 8 and so far no hairy bits or voice breaks happening. When talking to other mums they are all around size 4/5 one is actually size 9! (But he's rather tall)

I wouldn't worry too much. My DS shot up a couple of months before his twelfth birthday, some of his friends a little later.

Like all of these things though, trust your gut abs if you think he needs checking out, take him to the GP

It does seem on the small side but im not sure it would be anything to worry about per se.. my 11.5 year old is a size 7 but he is tall.. no where near puberty either so god knows what size foot he might have later on

@Crazycrazylady thanks his best mate is a size 9 shoe and 5'6" and has a facial hair growing he's only just turned 12 😳
