I'm going maaad with it I'm so anxious

22 month old DS had several colds, the last one only went about 2 weeks ago. He's now started fussy eating 🤦🏻‍♀️ hell happily eat his cereal, yoghurt, fruit and toast, chicken and snacks etc but he's off meals that he used to love

Any tips?

Just keep offering the food along with something you'll know he'll eat and don't offer an alternative.

We tried a lot of things and this is one of the few things that help us Thanks

This will keep happening and so I wouldn’t have any expectations of what they like and don’t like. Someone once said - what they eat is up to parents, how much they eat is up to kids. It’s sometimes quite hard to live to that principle but like GuyFawkes said, just keep offering foods. If they’re hungry, they’ll eat. I’d they realise they call the shots, you could be in for a ride.. not that parenting isn’t a ride anyway! 😆
