Reflux baby wants to be upright all the time

Dd is 5 months and suffers with acid reflux. She is on omeprazole and I'm currently dairy free (shes ebf) to see if that makes a difference although nothing as of yet. Basically she wants to be upright all the time which I understand with the reflux but I'm worried shes not getting enough floor time and this will affect her development. She can sit unaided for short periods and has rolled a couple of times at 4 months although nothing since. I'm starting to feel like a crap mum but everytime she goes on the floor, front or back, she cries and screams as if shes in pain. The drs wont increase her meds anymore but I'm really worried I'm not giving her the best start in life. When shes upright shes a happy content little girl. Anyone had any experience like this or any advice? Thank you
