After some advice/input please....We were intending on getting 4 a Yoto player for Christmas but are now reconsidering as I'm not sure he would get as much out of it as maybe a tablet???!!!???
For context....he does watch TV, we aren't "anti-screens" but I also worry that introducing another form of screen time would be detrimental. The reasons for getting a tablet are the educational apps and games he could use it for.
I'm just not sure a Yoto will hold his attention, if it's interactive enough. Are they mainly used whilst they're playing? Like in the background?
I have been playing audio books in the background for a while now but he doesn't seem interested. Does a Yoto offer much that we can't provide on Spotify, audible etc?
