20 month old with tantrums and lashing out

Hi all I'm after a bit of advice and support. I have a very confident lovely 20 month old daughter who has no fear loves to explore and do absolutely everything she shouldn't 🤣.

From finding any possible exit, to climbing anything she can attempt to climb to now hitting, clawing and pulling hair if she can't do any of the unsafe things she wants to do - which is often.

I try to ensure she's enriched with books toys songs and lots of outdoor activities.

When taking her out it is so difficult as she tries to escape everywhere and runs as quick as a flash. I have popped reins on her before but this encourages further tantrums as she hates to be restricted in prams, highchairs reins ect.

Even a park is a difficult as she doesn't want to go down a slide she wants to bolt for the opening that drops down which is at most parks.

I really want her to be able to burn her energy and explore but unless I can find a field that is enclosed it feels like there is nowhere safe to take her which is such a shame.

Please tell me I'm not alone and you have children that are doing the same at this age. Does it get easier and how soon.

I have a 9 year old who was quite inverted and shy so I didn't go through this with her but I have a little dynamite on my hands and although I love her confidence I'm concerned about these outbursts.

I should add he's only slightly vernal- we understand a lot of his babble and non verbal communication but I obviously he can't communicate clearly

Exits at soft play, parks, i cant find anything safe! Unless i run after her to leave my 4yr old to fend for himself ☹️

No advice but hoping for some ideas lol
