Hi all, I hope you can guide me and share with me your experiences.

My son is almost 2 years old this October 2021, he still now walking. He doesnt crawl, he doesnt climb at all. Tho He can sit alone and he can stand with support in walker but just for seconds. He is very lazy and was used into carrying when he was a baby.

We already went to pedia, every thing is okay, We went already to Nuerologist as reffered, there is nothing wrong, they checked the bones, the kness and it was all okay. We tried doing CTSCAN already. Thanks God, all are fine....

They suggested us to do therapy and we are doing so.

Any parents here having same situation like mine? Please let me know.

You can reach me here also....

Thank you mommies in advance,

Baby's aren't lazy. If they aren't walking there is a reason. Being carried a lot might have reduced a bit of tummy time, but that won't have caused lack of walking at 2 years old. Physio will help. Good luck xxx

My son didn't start walking until he was nearly 2, he was delayed with all his key milestones like crawling etc and also his speech, he is small for his age and was diagnosed with global developmental delay (gdd). He is now 5 but developmentally like my 2.5yr old, so I feel like I have twins most days even though I don't 🙈 Like your DS he has been checked for everything including bone density etc, we have had & still have ongoing appointments with speech & language & occupational therapy. So far we have no idea what has caused his delays and the geneticists are going to be running panels to look at his entire genetic code to see if that shows anything up, the basic genetics tests all came back normal. Maybe it will remain a mystery forever!

My friends daughter didn't walk until very late (older than 2) and would bum shuffle everywhere & ended up having physio sessions which really helped & now you wouldn't have ever known she was delayed with her walking.
