Is it normal for 3 week old to throw up their entire feed

My 3 week old is breastfed and does not usually throw up. Last night I gave her 25ml of formula and breast fed on top of that. Since then overnight she has been throwing up after every feed, although the feeds have been breast milk. She hasn't peed all night either since she has been throwing up. The vomit is huge and looks like the entire feed has been puked out. I don't usually give her formula, it was just the one time and it was only a small amount, do you think her still puking is still linked to the formula milk or is she poorly, she doesn't seem to have a temperature and hasn't been crying either. I'm just worried that if she can't keep the milk down her she will become dehydrated

It can be normal yes and it is never as much as it looks. I saw a video online of someone spilling a tablespoon full of milk on to a wooden floor and it looks like so much more.

However I would definitely contact the GP if baby is doing it after every single feed I would also contact GP if nappies are dry for more than 8 hours. I would also ask HV to keep an eye on weight. Some babies need a milk thickener like carobel or gaviscon to control reflux. Not possible with breast feeding obviously.

Do hope baby improves
