Lack of front hair 1yo

My 1yo boy was born with virtually no hair and it stayed like this for a gold few months. He now has nice thick hair on the back of his head and lots of waify hair by the sides near his ears but at the front of his head/forehead he looks like he has a receding hairline as hardly any there

Anyone else had the and what age did it change
