Help with 3 YO who has started waking early and waking the house (and the 1 YO)

Our 3 YO who used to sleep great and used to stay in her room until the sun came up on her Groclock has started waking at 5am and then to come to our room and cry and wake our 1 YO up (who is in a cot in our room) and because I go to work at 4am it's just my wife trying to manage one tantruming 3 YO while holding/trying to get the 1 YO back to sleep... She refuses to go back to her room and doesn't seem to want anything... She just says "NO!" and "MAMA!" and cry and hit my wife. It's pretty hard to deal with her messages about how our daughter is crying in the hallway etc. when I'm at work and can't help... Just wondering if you had any suggestions of how to help... We've talked to her each evening about how she needs to stay in her room and tried to bribe her to stay in there and so far nothing has worked... We think it might be jealousy of her little brother who we are moving into his own room soon but he's waking up every two hours and their room will be next to each other so we were hoping to have him sleeping better before moving him and having him wake her up... P.S. Sorry for the massive amount of info!

Maybe she would go back to sleep if she was allowed to stay in mum and dad's bed.
