HELP 3yr old used to grobags starts waking up during night when moved to a toddler bed and duvet.

Hi there ,
Please help me with your advice. My ds has been sleeping properly for the last 2 years with his grobags in his cotbed. This week I moved him to a toddler bed and keeps on waking up, ussualy around 3:30 and can't go back to sleep.
I have tried the alarm clock that looks like a bunny, using a single duvet and tuck it under the bed and using the duvet clips.
Any more ideas?

Hello ladies.
Good news after a week of madness! Just to let you know that my ds has been sleeping through the night for the last 2 nights. I still don't have the temperature right, but I am getting there. Hi sleeps with a 7.5 tog duvet and pjs top.
I live in Devon and it does not get too cold here.
