5 year old obsessed with pregnant woman

My 5 year old son has always liked looking at pictures of pregnant woman but the other day he took his iPad into his room and didn't want me coming in. When i insisted on seeing what he was watching, he had searched for pregnant woman and had been watching (on youtube kids so very innocent) woman talking about being pregnant etc..... We don't know anyone around us who is pregnant and he is my only child. Should i be worried? Why do you think he is so interested in this?

I know this post is older, but did anything ever come of this? Or is there an update you’re willing to share? Was is just a curiosity phase? I’m in the exact same boat with my 6 year old and am not sure what to make of it. I don’t want to panic, but it’s odd to me too. He really likes pregnant bellies too and I saw that he had searched for specific pregnant YouTube videos. Still kids content, but specifically for the word pregnant. He really likes pregnant bellies because they’re “big.” I’m not sure what to make of it??

I would be interested to know if there has been any support for this, my son was the exact same when he was younger he has asd and learning difficulties I never got any help round this and he’s now 22 and still the same. Absolutely no info online about this
