Hi, my DD is 4.5 and I know bed wetting isn't an issue at this age despite being dry by day for 2 years now. However, when she does wake, she can't get back to sleep easily and is up for 2 hours+ tossing and turning most nights. Sleep deprivation is then having an impact on behaviour, learning etc at school.
We've initially gone down the desmomelt route with some success but I wondered whether an alarm may be a better fix.
Anyone had this issue?
Which alarms are best? Ones you attach to their pyjamas, pads under the sheet? There seem to be so many!
