Our son is now 8 soon to be 9.
I am vunerable and we have been shielding/homeschooling for a year now!
My son has always been affectionate, but of late he has been saying 'I love you' a lot loads more than usual...does he think I am going to die or am I overthinking...?

He passed suddenly of a cardiac arrest only 36...and my son keeps on asking if I will die at 36, which I am now!
Stressed and kind of lonely.

So sorry to hear about your DH. It could very well be that he's worried and that could be being made worse by the current Pandemic.

Have you got plans in place of who would have him if you did die and does he know about those plans? He may find that reassuring on some level.

If he's not already on it, he might find the website Winston's Wish helpful too Thanks

Thank you for replying.
Definitely the pandemic is not helping!

I spoke to him about what would happen to him if I was to die, but that was way before the pandemic so a revisit could be worth ago.

Thank you for the Winston Wish recommendation the website has been helpful and I have only had a quick scan, I have order as well so thank you again...:-)
