5 year old suddenly peeing in bedroom through the night

My dd has started getting up through the night and just seeing wherever she is. 3 nights now she's done on the floor and one night I heard her get up so I went to check and she was standing on the bottom of her bed peeing. Does anyone have any experience with this? What do I do? She hasn't peed herself for years now.

Was she awake? My DD ha a phase of sleep walking when she needed a wee.

@BunnyRuddington she had her eyes open and was talking to me but it is possible. In the morning she couldn't remember any of it. Did your dd just grow out of it?

Our DD had her eyes open too. One thing that might help is putting a potty in her room or you could take her for a wee when you go to bed.
