Newborn thrashing arms and legs at night

Hello, I'm a first time mum to my 4 week old little girl. She is bottle fed roughly every 4 hours throughout the day and night which we are managing quite well, she's a little grizzly in between these feed times in the day but we give her a soother and that seems to settle her nicely. She has suspected silent reflux which the doctor has given her omeprazole for (we are yet to see results as its only been a few days).
At night inbeteeen feeds she is constantly throwing her arms and legs around, its so erratic and violent to watch! Her eyes are closed so I don't want to pick her up which might wake her but I just feel like she looks so uncomfortable that I just end up laying there watching her because I cant switch off. Somtimes ill give her a soother which calms her but then 10 mins later it'll fall out and we are back to square one. Is this normal of a baby her age? Or is it to do with her reflux?
If anyone has any similar experiences I would be so grateful of any reassuring advice

My little boy was like that for a good few weeks to the point we recorded him and brought him to a&e - they sent us home. Fast forward 3 months and he was diagnosed with reflux then a diary allergy. My friends have all said there wee ones were squirmy for a while too but settled. It may also be wind. We used to elevate the Moses basket too.

Btw imperazole worked wonders for us, i think
it took like a week to really work and he got used to taking it. We had him on it till he was 7/8 months. I didnt find it hard getting him off
it either.

Very normal for a reflux baby. My 2nd was born in May and he slept well but from 3am onwards waa hell - he was fast asleep with eyes closed but grunting, thrashing, kicking legs and arms etc. Sounded like an animal!
Only think that solved it (amongst lots of other incidents and symptoms) was omeprazole once it was in his system 🙌🏻

Have you tried swaddling her? The moor reflex wakes them up, swaddling helps.
