My 7yr old very worried about dying

Hello, my 7yr old daughter is very worried about dying. She cries every night about it at the moment. She's worried there isn't a heaven and doesn't want any of her family to die. I try to comfort her but I haven't lied to her. I was wondering if there were any books anyone could recommend perhaps?

Many thanks!

I would recommend the “what to do when....” books. They are designed for children (or for adults to read to/with children) and are really good as they have exercises and stuff the kids can do, but also helped me, as parent, have other things I could say to my dc when they were upset, so I felt better prepared. I haven’t read the worry one, but you could try “What to do when you Worry Too Much”, or possibly “what to do when your brain gets stuck” (which is about OCD, which I am NOT suggesting your dd has, but it might have some ideas for managing recurring thoughts as they can be a problem with OCD).
