My step son is really picky. Not sure if this is normal for a 4 year old? I think some of it comes from the fact he will be served completely different meals from 2 different households. Hell mention he just wants super noodles/toast/pasta n sauce packets I don't like to give him too much of that so I try and be abit more risky with his meals. He loves chicken so I make my own chicken nuggets/fish fingers so I make the homemade he isn't actually too picky with meat but when it comes to veg he "doesn't like it" but when he comes home from nursery hes been having chicken curry (he refuses any type of sauces apart from beans at home) tomato soup but yet doesn't like tomatoes . Salads but only has cucumber at home he even had quiche the other day! ...but he eats all these meals at nursery so how do I get him to eat these meals at home? It's becoming a chore trying to think of making 2 home cooked meals on an evening so I'm wanting ideas of how to get him to try different meals that we are eating has anyone had any experience in this?
