10 month old suddenly waking for bottle at night

So my 10 month old used to be a fantastic sleeper and would sleep through. She is fully weaned having about 3/4 8 ounce bottles a day. But she keeps waking for a bottle at night, last night she woke up 3 times (i only gave the bottle once). Should she still be feeding at night at this age? I tend to just go with the flow of what she wants as she's been poorly with teething but she seems fine now. Anyone else had this problem?

My son is 12 now bit as a baby he would drink about 3 or 4 bottles a night! This was probably too much but he seems ok despite it. I used to try to give him a bottle of water at night and he would sometimes drink that instead.
