Hello all! My LB is 11 weeks old and EBF. We’ve had a horrendous journey so far to date with colic. Between 4-6 weeks he pretty much screamed continuously. In this time we got his tongue tie snipped, I went dairy and soya free and I became militant about napping. Secondary to these things, he turned a corner. 7-10 weeks he was still prone to some evening crying, but he was feeding well, napping (albeit in my arms/sling only Grin), sleeping well overnight in his side sleeper and generally a whole heap more content. All of this despite wonder week 2 from weeks 8-10.

Things however have massively slipped over the last week or so (week 10.5 onwards). He’s gone back to screaming all evening. He used to nap for 1.5h plus either on me or in the sling 3 times a day. Now I’m lucky to get 20 minutes. He used to love boob, but now he just permanently fusses at the breast, never giving clear hungry queues. He’s waking up every 90 mins -2h overnight and not wanting to be put back down.

We are not supposedly currently in a leap. I wouldn’t say his weight has suddenly increased, but I think his head has got bigger recently Grin

I should have learnt by now to chuck out the rule book, but I was under the impression the 12 week mark was supposed to be the pinnacle of sleep and mood! I’m terrified about going back to the bad days. Are/did any of you experience thus at circa week 11 and could you put it down to anything??

Thanks
